Could you become the next OU Students Association Representative?

Would you like to be the voice of the student body? Could you gather feedback from students, share the feedback and work with the OU to enhance the student experience and make positive changes for current and future students

Would you like to become a Student Representative?

The OU Students Association Student Representatives are key to ensuring the student voice is heard at all levels within the University. Each representative enhances the teaching and learning experience of current and future students by sitting on a committee. At these committee meetings reps speak on matters from the committee papers which affect students seeking to create positive change for students and raise any issues. Representatives also take part in the organisation and delivery of projects, activities and events, dependant on the representative role.

Are you good at communicating? Do you feel passionately about the Student Voice being heard? Are you able to write short reports for other students and have your say in meetings? Then this role may be perfect for you! Even if you’re not sure, please be reassured that full support and training is offered from the OU Students Association for this role.

The OU Student Association have vacancies for student reps across a wide range of subjects, including postgraduate research students. Please follow this link for more information on the roles available.
