Have Your Say Day 2024

  • Would you like to influence decision making and contribute to positive changes at the OU?
  • Would you like space to feedback on key issues during your student journey?
  • Would you like to win a £50 shopping voucher or an OU hoodie?

Have Your Say Day takes place on Wednesday 27 November and promises a day full of interactive sessions ranging from Module Design, Sustainability, to Ask the Deans, to provide your very own feedback on.

The OU values student feedback, both positive and negative. Each student’s journey is different and these differences help us shape the OU to meet all learners’ needs.

To find out more, see the full timetable, and to register for the event please visit our Have Your Say Day webpage.

All students registering and attending a full session on Have Your Say Day will be entered into a prize draw to win one of ten OU hoodies.

If you have any questions about this event please contactus on: student-voice@open.ac.uk.

Student Charter: Hoot Article

The Student Charter is a jointly developed declartion of our shared values by the OU and the OU Students Association. These values are shared by the whole of the OU community, both staff and students.

The Student Charter is reviewed every year. As part of this review, we are asking students to rank the most important value to them. To share your views, please click on the pink box below:

This is just one of the ways we will be gathering vital feedback from students on the Student Charter over this year, so please keep an eye out for future opportunities.
