We have prioritised this in our tutorial scheduling process and, where possible, schedule tutorials convenient for all the time zones represented by students studying a particular module.

You would like us to use more openly licensed/open access resources so that you can more easily share them with colleagues.
We did...
Since 2016 we have been committed to using only openly licensed videos and images, and open access journal articles and other texts, wherever this is possible. We have also openly licensed the first week of each of the four courses on our newest module H880 'Technology-enhanced learning: foundations and futures'.

You wanted more opportunities to connect with the academics involved in writing and chairing our modules and to get involved in IET’s research-related activities.
We did...
We now hold ‘meet the team’ events for each presentation, where students meet with the module team/chair. We also invite students and academics to the H818 online conference where they have the opportunity to connect with each other. Students from our module H819 are invited to IET’s research-sharing events, which are often also recorded or live streamed.

I didn't understand what I needed to do to pass the module at first but it became clearer as the course went on. Yes it was clear that TMA4 was necessary to pass the course. I thought that everything, including the iCMA's, had to be fully completed to pass. I didn't use the assessment calculator.
We did...
The module team has made a video to explain how to pass the modules, the different weightings of the assignments and the assessment strategy. This will be available to all students on the module website from 19J.
